Tarumitra Club Celebrates Earth Day – 22nd April 2025

The Tarumitra Club conducted the morning assembly on 22nd April 2025 to celebrate Earth Day. The programme began with an introductory speech on the importance of Earth Day and the need to protect our planet.
This was followed by a dance performance depicting the beauty and balance of nature’s elements – water, fire, and air.A thought-provoking Nukkad Natak was performed, focusing on simple actions we can take to care for the environment – like reducing waste, saving water, avoiding plastic, and planting trees. The skit conveyed a strong message of responsibility and change.A soulful song on nature added a musical touch to the celebration.
The concluding speech called upon everyone to be more eco-conscious and to take small steps that lead to big change. The assembly served as a reminder that the Earth is our shared home, and it’s up to us to protect it.The efforts of the Tarumitra Club were appreciated by all for spreading awareness in a creative and impactful way.
